Case files — anonymized, logged, still running

Receipts, not promises.

Client names are confidential; log files aren't. Every engagement below ends in a system that still runs today.

09:12 AM proof v3 received → brand check 09:12 AM routed to reviewer 2 of 2 09:13 AM approved. zero email threads.
Days → minutes

Creative proof routing for a national eye-care group.

Intelligent creative intake for a national health system.

02:47 AM request parsed → routed 02:47 AM case opened, fields mapped 02:48 AM status posted. no humans woken.

Back-office automation for a top-5 U.S. credit union.

Re: case 003 — in full

A top-5 U.S. credit union, 3,600 hours a year.

02:47 AM member request parsed → routed 02:47 AM case opened, fields mapped, docs attached 02:48 AM status posted to member portal 02:48 AM audit line written. no humans woken.

The back office received thousands of routine requests a month — address changes, document submissions, status checks — each one opened, read, re-keyed, and routed by hand. The team measured the toll at roughly 3,600 staff hours a year, most of it after the requests had already been typed once by the member.

We built an intake triage layer that parses each request, opens the case in the core system with fields mapped, attaches the documents, and posts the status back — with a human queue for anything below the confidence bar and an audit line for every action taken.

Different industry than a creative team, same discipline: parse, classify, route, log. The system has run unattended since launch; the humans it replaced at 2 AM were never supposed to be awake anyway.

What runs now

  • Request parsing and classification, 24/7, with confidence thresholds
  • Case creation with mapped fields and attached documents
  • Status sync back to the member-facing portal
  • Full audit trail, one line per action, exportable
