What we collect
What you give us when you book or write to us: name, work email, company, and whatever you tell us about your workflows. Standard site analytics (pages, referrer, device class) — no ad trackers, no pixels from social networks.
What we do with it
Schedule the meeting, run the engagement, send the things you asked for. We don't sell it, rent it, or enrich it with third-party data. Booking runs through Calendly; payment through Stripe — each under its own privacy policy.
Your workflow data
Your briefs, assets, and customer data stay in your systems. Automations we build connect to them under your credentials, inside your accounts. We don't collect or retain copies beyond what a build requires, and samples you send for a Skill Session are deleted on request.
Retention & requests
Email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days — usually much faster; there's an automation for it.
Terms of service
The teardown
Free, 30 minutes, no obligation. The map and the number are yours to keep either way.
Builds & retainers
Scope, price, and timeline are fixed in writing before work starts. Monitoring retainers are month-to-month; cancel with 30 days' notice and the automations keep running — they're yours.
The Skill Session
$850 per session (team version $2,500, up to 8 seats), charged on booking. Reschedule up to 24 hours out; no-shows forfeit the fee. The skill, recording, and playbook are yours. If the task turns out to be bigger than a skill, the fee credits toward a build within 90 days.
Liability
Automations run with human checkpoints and a kill switch; final responsibility for what ships stays with your reviewers. Our liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Maryland law governs.
