What exactly is a "Claude skill"?
A reusable set of instructions, reference files, and process rules that teaches Claude to do one task your way — every time, without re-prompting. It lives in your Claude workspace, so running it costs nothing beyond your Claude plan.
Who is it for?
One person or a small team who owns a repetitive task — a producer, a traffic manager, a marketing ops lead. No engineering background needed.
What counts as a task?
Anything you do the same way more than once a week: triaging briefs, drafting status notes, formatting copy decks, QA-ing files against a spec, writing the same three emails.
What do we need on our side?
A paid Claude plan (Pro, Team, or Enterprise). We build in your workspace, so the skill is yours from the first minute — and your task data stays in your own environment, end to end. It never touches our accounts.
Can it connect to our other tools?
If Claude already supports the connection and you have it enabled, a light integration can often make it into the 90 minutes. Custom API work can't — that's a build, and the session fee credits toward it.
Can my team attend?
The $850 session covers one seat on camera; teammates are welcome to watch. The team version ($2,500) covers up to 8 seats and two tasks.
What support comes after the session?
The recording and the one-page playbook are the support: everything we built, replayable step by step. Want changes later? That's a new session — or a build, if the task has grown.
What if the task turns out to be bigger than a skill?
Then you found a gash, or a severance — the session fee credits toward a done-for-you build.
